Ingredients:
500g goat mince
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 pita breads
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the goat mince with onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, ground coriander, salt, and pepper. Combine thoroughly.
