Goat Mince Kofta Curry
Ingredients:

500g goat mince

1 onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp ginger paste

2 tbsp garam masala (or use your favorite Indian spice mix)

3 tbsp breadcrumbs

1 egg

500ml tomato puree

500ml coconut milk

1 tsp turmeric

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking oil

Fresh coriander (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix goat mince, onion, garlic, ginger, breadcrumbs, egg, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Shape into small balls.

Heat oil in a pan and brown the kofta on all sides. Set aside.

In the same pan, heat tomato puree and coconut milk. Add turmeric and adjust seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Gently add the kofta to the sauce and simmer for 15–20 minutes.

Serve with steamed rice or naan bread.
